Then, reserve your spot and get ready to move, breathe, and feel your best.
New to Pulse Pilates? Welcome! You’ll just need to create an account before booking your first class. We can’t wait to have you in the studio!
Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or stepping onto a reformer for the first time, you’re welcome at Pulse Pilates. Our instructors will guide you through each movement, help you find your form, and offer options so you can move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. If you’re just getting started, Base is the perfect place to begin. This beginner-friendly class will introduce you to the reformer, build your confidence, and help you learn the foundations of Pilates.
Prefer a little more one-on-one guidance? Private sessions are also a wonderful way to start your Pilates journey. With personalized instruction and a pace tailored to you, privates can help you feel confident and comfortable on the reformer before joining a group class.
Once you feel ready to build strength and challenge yourself, Flow offers a more dynamic, strength-focused experience. Looking for something slower and restorative? Attune is our deep stretch and restorative class—perfect for slowing down, releasing tension, and reconnecting with your body.
No experience necessary. Just come as you are—we’ll take care of the rest!
We welcome clients with a range of movement needs and do our best to support you with thoughtful modifications throughout class. While Pulse Pilates is not a rehabilitation clinic, our instructors can offer options to help you move comfortably and confidently within your abilities. If you have an injury, physical limitation, or specific movement considerations, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to connect with your instructor. This gives us time to understand what you need and help guide you through appropriate modifications.
If you’re recovering from an injury or would benefit from more personalized guidance, private
sessions are a wonderful place to start. Working one-on-one with an instructor allows us to tailor
the session to your body, your needs, and your goals in a more supportive and individualized
setting.
For those with an injury, we do not recommend Flow, our strength-focused class. If you’re unsure
which class is right for you, we’re always happy to help you find the best place to begin.
Your body is unique, and we’re here to help you feel comfortable, supported, and confident in
your movement.
Pilates can be a wonderful way to stay active during pregnancy and support your body as it changes. Before starting any new fitness routine during pregnancy, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider to make sure Pilates is appropriate for you and your individual circumstances.
Pre- and postnatal series are coming soon to Pulse Pilates. These series will offer thoughtful movement, modifications, and guidance tailored to pregnancy and your return to movement after baby. In the meantime, private sessions are a great way to get individualized support. Reach out
to our team and we’ll help you find the right option.
After having your baby, we ask that you receive clearance from your healthcare provider before joining our postnatal series. Everyone’s recovery is different, and we want to make sure you’re ready to return to movement safely and comfortably.
Looking for more individualized support? Private sessions are also a great option during pregnancy and postpartum, allowing your instructor to tailor each session to your body, experience, and goals.
If you’re unsure where to start, reach out to our team—we’re happy to help you find the right option for you.

At Pulse Pilates, we want every client to feel comfortable and supported in the studio.• 19 and over: You’re welcome to attend classes without parental or guardian permission.
• Ages 16–18: You’re welcome to attend with a liability waiver and consent signed by a parent or

• A water bottle to stay hydrated.
• Comfortable, flexible workout attire, ideally form-fitting so your instructor can easily see and support your movement.

Once you’re here, we’ll take care of the rest. Just show up, breathe, and enjoy your first Pulse Pilates experience!
Can’t find a spot in your favourite Pulse Pilates class? Join the waitlist!

Please keep your app notifications turned on so you don’t miss a spot. If your plans change whileyou’re on the waitlist, be sure to remove yourself so another client has the opportunity to join.
A little tip: Only join the waitlist if you’re prepared to attend should a spot become available. We’lldo our best to get you into class!

We have plenty of parking available in our parking lot, so finding a spot should be easy! We simply ask that you please keep the parking spaces in front of neighbouring businesses clear so their customers can access their stores. Thanks for helping us be a good neighbour!
We know life happens! That said, arriving on time helps us create a calm, focused experience for everyone. If it’s your first class at Pulse Pilates, please arrive 10 minutes early so we can get you checked in, show you the reformer and studio, and chat with you about any injuries or movement
considerations. If you’re running late, please keep in mind that your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. For everyone’s safety and to avoid disrupting class, we lock the studio door 3 minutes after class begins. Once the door is locked, we’re unable to let anyone in until class has finished. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to give yourself a little extra time to arrive, get settled, and start class feeling relaxed and ready to move.
